The Zenker House
The Zenker House, a historic residence designed by pioneer architect Oscar Ruffini, and constructed 103 years ago. It was relocated to Old Town from its original site and restoration of the structure has begun. Charles Zenker, the original owner, was an early businessman in the village of Santa Angela.

The Camunez Store
The picture to the left was taken at the original location of the Camunez Grocery Store. The store is on it's new foundation in Old Town between the Allen-Hartgrove House and the Zenker House. Click "pictures" below to see progress of this restoration.



The Runkles and Rackley Buildings
Now there is an exciting new project in another location. Plans for the restoration of the Runkles and Rackley Buildings - two fo the "Three Sisters" are underway. Both were built before 1900 and are associated with pioneer architect oscar Ruffini. Click "pictures" below to see progress of this restoration.
